Before payment completes
If payment is not completed, the temporary hold expires automatically and no paid claim is created.
After payment completes
Because the purchased placement is time-sensitive and begins on the selected day, completed claims are generally non-refundable once the placement has been activated.
Exceptions
If ClaimTheHour fails to provide the purchased placement because of a verified service-side error, contact us and we will review the transaction for an appropriate remedy.
